APEX Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process or using the APEX services in any way, you signify that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the service immediately.

2. Service Description

APEX is an application that motivates personal growth through gamification. It combines self-discipline habit formation with a nation-governing simulation, offering features such as task challenges, career progression, and social sharing. It is designed to help users achieve personal goals and cultivate good habits in areas including health, mindset, and finances in an engaging way.

3. User Account

1. Account Creation: You need to register for an APEX account to fully use the service. You agree to register with truthful information and ensure that the registration details you provide are authentic, accurate, and complete.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for setting and safeguarding your account password. You are legally responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please do not transfer or lend your account or password to others.

4. User Conduct

When using this service, you must comply with national laws and regulations and agree not to use the service for any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

1. Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that endangers national security, undermines social stability, violates public order, is insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent, or otherwise violates any national laws and regulations.
2. Harassing, slandering, abusing, intimidating, or otherwise harming other users in community features such as the "Global Circle."
3. Using any technical means to create fake accounts in bulk or to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of APEX in any way.
4. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

1. The APEX application itself and all its content, including but not limited to text, images, icons, interface design, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of the APEX team.
2. The intellectual property rights of the content you create during your use of the service (e.g., posts in the "Global Circle") belong to you or the relevant rights holders. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, publish, and distribute this content solely for the purpose of providing, promoting, and improving the APEX service.

6. Disclaimer

1. APEX is a tool designed to inspire positive lifestyle habits, but we do not guarantee that you will achieve specific health, financial, or personal growth goals by using this service. The execution of all tasks and the achievement of goals depend on your own effort and judgment.
2. We are not liable for service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control (such as hacker attacks, communication line interruptions, etc.), but we will do our best to minimize the resulting loss and impact on you.

7. Service Modification, Interruption, or Termination

1. We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service content at any time based on business development needs.
2. If you violate the provisions of these Terms, we have the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to you under this agreement at any time, depending on the severity of the violation, without incurring any liability.

8. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to modify the contents of these Terms at any time. Once the contents of these Terms are changed, we will announce the revised terms through in-app notifications or announcements. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you have the right to stop using the APEX service.
